Nitya Ramani is Senior Director of Engineering at Google, where she leads core engineering efforts for Google Cloud’s Data Intelligence Platform with a focus on Gemini, Google Cloud Assist, and AI-powered observability, troubleshooting, and self-healing systems. She drives generative AI initiatives to accelerate productivity, quality, efficiency, and reliability across the software lifecycle—powering innovations such as code assist, test assist, and model development platforms that leverage large language models and domain-specific ML.
With over 25 years of experience across Google, Salesforce, Netflix, Workday, and ADP, Nitya is known for building high-performing engineering organizations and delivering secure, scalable AI platforms with measurable customer and business impact. She holds a Master’s in Computer Information Systems from NJIT and a Bachelor’s in Architecture and Engineering from JNTU.
